Delivery Information
We send out parcels every working day and most of them are next working day delivery and will need to be signed for. As all prices are below RRP all sales are classed as trade sales. A discount on postage can be given on two or more purchases as long as brought at the same time and posted together. We also do pallet deliveries for the larger items and bulk purchaces and pallet deliveries start from as low as £45 for uk mainland.
All payments are to be recived within 5 working days from purchase and allow 5 working days for cheques to clear. we also accept paypal and card over the phone or chip `n` pin on collection.

Please note all goods are sent out new and boxed. And are checked before dispatching. On delivery please check for any damage as once signed for damages cannot be claimed for. If the delivery driver will not allow this please sign for as DAMAGED and notify us on the above number on day of delivery. We are sorry we have to do this but we cannot claim from the courier companys once signed for in good condition.
all goods we supply carry a 6 month warranty. If in the event of any item failing, the goods are to be returned to us with a copy of the sales invoice. Once received we will sort out any problem and return the goods to you. We cannot undertake any warranty work without the sales invoice. This can be found in the documents enclosed enevlope attached to your goods on delivery.
